摘　　要：目的:探讨科学严谨的力敏腧穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床科研设计思路。方法:介入循证医学的理念和临床流行病学的原则与方法,从研究方法和试验方案入手,探讨力敏腧穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床试验设计思路。结果:科学严谨的设计思路和方法可排除力敏腧穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究的各种偏倚、干扰因素的影响,使研究结果和结论更加真实可靠。结论:只有科学严谨的设计思路才能提高临床试验研究的质量,才能更客观、真实地反映干预措施的疗效。Objective： To explore the scientific and rigorous clinical research design of Limin acupoints acupuncture for lumbar disc herniation.Methods： With the application of evidence based medicine＇s concept and clinical epidemiology＇s principle and method,from the research method and trial scheme,we explored the clinical research design of Limin acupoints acupuncture for lumbar disc herniation.Results： When using Limin acupoints acupuncture to treat lumbar disc herniation,scientific and rigorous design and methods can reduce the influence of bias and interference factors,so that we can make the research results and conclusions more reliably.Conclusion： Only scientific and rigorous design ideas can improve clinical trials＇ quality and reflect the efficacy of intervention measures more objectively and truly.
