当归补血汤对预防胸外科术后深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察当归补血汤对预防胸外科术后深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法：选取胸外科手术患者109例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用一般运动辅助预防措施,主要包括术后早期被动和主动活动下肢,治疗组除接受与对照组患者相同的运动辅助干预措施,同时加服当归补血汤,从手术后开始服用,连续服用10 d。在实施DVT预防干预措施前,和干预10 d后分别采血测定凝血酶原时间,血小板计数,纤维蛋白原,血浆浓度和全血黏度等凝血相关指标或血流变学指标;两组患者在术后3-10 d接受无创血管多普勒超声检查。结果：经过预防干预治疗后,对照组深静脉栓塞发生率为23.64%,当归补血汤治疗组深静脉栓塞发生率为12.96%,与对照组相比,显著降低;两组的凝血酶原时间,血小板在干预前后无明显变化,血浆浓度,全血黏度和纤维蛋白原均比干预前显著下降（P〉0.05）,并且治疗组各指标显著低于对照组（P〉0.05）。结论：当归补血汤对预防胸外科术后深静脉血栓形成有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on preventing the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis（ DVT） of patients after thoracic surgery.Methods： A total of 109 patients after thoracic surgery were collected from December 2009 to December 2014.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group.Control group received general sports assistant treatment after surgery,including moving their legs as early as possible following the instructions of the nurse.Treatment group received the same sports assistant treatment and took Danggui Buxue Decoction as well for 10 days as a course.The preventive effect of both groups on PVT were evaluated at the end of the treatment.Results： The incidence of PVT in treatment group was 12.96% which was obviously lower than 29.09% in control group（ P〈0.05）.Plasma concentration,whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen content in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Danggui Buxue Decoction could effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT in patients after thoracic surgery.
