中药熏洗配合口服中药治疗产后痔疮的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗配合口服中药治疗产后痔疮的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年12月在医院诊断治疗的产后痔疮患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,观察组患者使用中药熏洗法,同时配合口服中药,每日2次,7天为1疗程。对照组患者用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液1000 m L以上述同样的方法熏洗坐浴治疗,每日2次,7天为1个疗程。两组患者均给予相应对症治疗,如通便、局部理疗等,如有感染局部涂抹抗感染药膏。观察两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛评分的变化,治疗后症状消失时间。结果:观察组总有效率95.45%,对照组总有效率为79.54%,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均显著改善,且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者疼痛消失时间、水肿异常消失时间、脱出物消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较轻,发生率差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药熏洗配合口服中药对产后痔疮患者进行治疗,临床疗效显著,可以有效改善患者项临床症状及体征,且无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of fumigation with oral medicine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids.Methods： During January 2013-December 2014 in our hospital,88 patients of postpartum hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group.44 patients in the observation group used herbal fumigation combined with oral medicine,twice a day,seven days as a course of treatment.The control group were treated with 1： 5000 potassium permanganate solution 1000 m L fumigation bathin the same manner as described above,twice a day,seven days as a course of treatment.All patients were given appropriate symptomatic treatment,such as constipation,local physical therapy,anti-infective topical cream if infection.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,pain score changes and symptoms disappeared timeafter treatment were compared.Results： The total efficiency was 95.45% in theobservation group and 79.54% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,the two groups＇ pain scores were significantly improvedand the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group＇s and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,patients＇ pain disappeared time in observation group,edema disappeared abnormal time and extractions disappearance time were significantly shorter than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Adverse reactions were mild and the incidence was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Chinese fumigation with oral medicine for the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhoids has significant clinical effect and can effectively improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs,with no significant adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
