摘　　要：教师是构成教育活动的基本要素之一,是影响教育活动水平和质量的重要因素,只有全面提升教师综合素质才能提高学校教学质量。教师发展中心作为关注和支持教师个体的、内在的专业化发展的促进机构应运而生。在教师发展中心模式下,以学习共同体为组织目标,借助个人和集体的智慧,便于形成和谐发展的价值取向。Teacher is one of the basic elements of education activity which is the important factor affecting the quality and levels of education activity,only improve teachers＇ comprehensive quality can improve the quality of teaching.Teachers development center as the individual supporting and internal professional development promotion agencies arises during the education history.Under the center of the teacher development module,with the aim to organization learning community,with the aid of individual and collective wisdom,teacher is advantageous for harmonious development
