摘 要:为研究云爆剂中硝酸异丙酯渗漏对某复合改性双基推进剂的性能影响,采用加速量热仪(ARC)对该推进剂在混合硝酸异丙酯环境下的绝热分解情况进行研究,得到热分析曲线并计算出动力学参数,发现在混合硝酸异丙酯后,样品起始热分解温度降低,表观活化能降低.利用密闭爆发器实验研究硝酸异丙酯对该推进剂的燃烧性能影响,得到压力-时间曲线并求取相应的特性参数.发现在混合硝酸异丙酯后,样品燃烧时间缩短,燃速升高.总结分析认为硝酸异丙酯与该推进剂成分中的Al粉反应,促进了推进剂的分解和燃烧,从而对其安定性能和燃烧性能造成影响.Isopropyl Nitrate (IPN) in the fuel air explosive inevitably leak into the ammunition. In order to study the influence of Isopropyl Nitrate on characteristics of composite modified double-base propellant, the thermal decomposition under IPN of propellant has been tested with accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC). Thermal decomposition characteristic parameters are obtained by analyzing temperature-time curves and pressure-time curves. It is found that the initial exothermal temperature is lower. The activation energy E calculated by velocity constant method is lower. The combustion of propellant was tested with closed bomb. Combustion characteristic parameters are obtained by analyzing pressure-time curves. It is shown that combustion time is shorter, combustion rate is faster. IPN reacts with the propellant component aluminum. As a result, the reaction promotes the decomposition and combustion of propellant.
