摘  要:为了研究粘结层界面脱层破坏对钢桥面铺装结构温度应力的影响,采用有限元软件建立钢桥面铺装结构模型,施加温度荷载(基准温度35℃,铺装面层65℃,钢板底面45℃),分析粘结层不同脱层面积及不同脱层形式下铺装结构温度应力的变化情况。计算结果表明:粘结层界面脱层对铺装结构的温度应力影响显著,在贯穿脱层情况下,铺装结构的温度应力随脱层面积的增大而增大,50%面积脱层时的层间应力是完整粘结时的2倍多;粘结层不同脱层形式对铺装结构温度应力的影响不同,其中中间脱层对铺装结构的温度应力几乎没有影响,贯穿脱层、间隔脱层和旁边脱层由于破坏了层间粘结的整体性,对铺装结构温度应力影响较大。To study the influence of interfacial delamination damage of binding layers on the temperature stress in the steel bridge deck pavement structure,the finite element software was used to establish the model of the steel bridge deck pavement structure,to which temperature loads were applied,including 35℃ basic temperature,65℃ to pavement surface and 45℃ to steel plate base,to analyze the temperature stress variation of the pavement structure in the context of different delamination areas and different delamination types of the binding layers.The results of the study indicate that the interfacial delamination of the binding layer has significant influence on the temperature stress of the pavement structure.Under the condition of through delamination,the temperature stress of the pavement structure increases as the expansion of the delamination area,and the stress between layers the delamination area reaches 50% is twice that of the intact binding.Different delamination types have different influence on the temperature stress in the pavement structure,but the intermediate layer delamination exerts no significant influence on the temperature stress in the pavement structure.The through delamination,interval delamination and edge delamination exhibit great influence on the temperature stress in the pavement structure due to the damage of the integrity of the binding among layers.
