摘  要:为研究湿接缝浇筑过程中预制墩身与桩基在海浪作用下的受力情况,并对湿接缝混凝土的浇筑质量进行评价,以港珠澳大桥CB04标段为工程背景,采用自动采集系统及数据无线传输方式,建立海洋环境下预制墩台与桩基的振动监测系统;基于空间有限元理论,对下部结构进行模拟,建立预制墩台与桩基础之间新、旧混凝土的精细化数值模型,研究海浪作用下湿接缝的受力机理。监测与分析结果表明:该振动监测系统可实现预制墩台与桩基振动效应的同步监测,监测结果可对现场施工起到预警作用;湿接缝混凝土浇注各个施工阶段的拉应力均小于其抗拉强度,结构安全可靠,该施工工艺可行。To study the load bearing condition of the prefabricated pier shafts and pile foundations under the action of waves in the wet joint casting process and to evaluate the casting quality of the wet joint concrete,the CB04 contract of the Hangkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is taken as the study background.The vibration monitoring system for the prefabricated pile caps and foundations in the marine environment was established,which consists of an automated data collection system and employs wireless data transmission mode.The spatial finite element theory was used to simulate the substructure of the bridge,and the fine numerical model that is used to simulate the new and old concrete between the prefabricated pier caps and pile foundations was established,to study the load bearing mechanism of the wet joints under the action of waves.The results of the monitoring and analysis indicate that the vibration monitoring system can realize the simultaneous monitoring of the vibration effect of the prefabricated pile caps and pile foundations,and the monitoring results,to some extent,play a role of warning for the site construction.The tensile stresses of the wet joint concrete in different casting stages were less than its tensile strength,the structure is safe and reliable,and the construction technique is feasible.
