摘　　要：论文概述了德国的图书馆联盟发展概况、主要做法和实践经验,阐述了对国内图书馆联盟建设发展的启示,并建议国内图书馆联盟引进先进的系统和技术,加强标准化和现代化建设,开展特色项目,优化服务水平,开阔视野,积极寻求多方面的合作。This paper expounds the developing situation, the main practice and experience of the alliances of German libraries. It points out the enlightenment to the development of Chinese library alliances, and suggests that Chinese libraries alliances should introduce advanced systems and technology, strengthen the standardization and modernization, to carry out the characteristic projects, the optimization of service levels, expand their horizons, actively seek cooperation in many aspects.
