摘　　要：本文采用我国31个省市区2004—2014年的对外直接投资与产业结构数据,通过灰色关联法实证分析了对外直接投资对不同省区产业结构调整的影响。研究结果表明,我国对外直接投资对区域产业结构调整具有推动作用,但作用并不十分显著,并且存在着一定的区域差异性,对外直接投资对中西部地区的影响要明显大于东部地区。According to the data of the OFDI and industrial structure of 31 provinces and urban areas of China, and bas- ing on the grey incidence theory, the article empirically analysis the effects of OFDI on the industrial restructuring of 31 provinces and urban areas of China. The Result shows that Chinese OFDI plays an active driving roll in the regional indus- trial structure adjustment, especially the greater for the central and west areas than that for the east in our country.
