摘  要:探讨黄芩苷与利巴韦林联用在体内外抗甲型流感病毒的作用。体外实验中,以甲型H1N1流感病毒及甲型H3N2流感病毒感染MDCK细胞,测定黄芩苷与利巴韦林联用对流感病毒的抑制作用;体内实验中,以甲型H1N1流感病毒感染ICR小鼠,测定黄芩苷与利巴韦林联用对实验小鼠的死亡保护作用及小鼠病毒性肺炎的治疗作用。黄芩苷与利巴韦林联用高剂量组,对H1N1和H3N2病毒的抑制率分别达到81.2%和73.0%,对小鼠死亡保护率达80%,显著延长平均生存时间至12.9 d,抑制其体重下降,并对感染小鼠的病毒性肺炎有一定保护作用。黄芩苷与利巴韦林在体外联用,对不同亚型流感病毒的抑制表现为协同作用;二者联用对感染流感小鼠的保护效果明显优于单用。To evaluate effects of the combination of baicalin and ribavirin on influenza A virus infection in vitro and in vivo,protective effects of baicalin and ribavirin against influenza H1N1 virus and H3N2 virus in MDCK cells under the condition of used alone or in combination were tested respectively. Then,ICR mice infected with influenza A virus H1N1 were adopted to test protective effects of baicalin and ribavirin used alone or in combination. The combination of baicalin and ribavirin in high dose exhibited inhibitory activities against H1N1 and H3N2 viruses in cell culture and,the inhibition rates were 81. 2% and 73. 0%,respectively.For the groups injected with baicalin and rabavirin,survival rates increased to 80. 0% and mean survival time increased to 12. 9 d.The treatment using baicalin plus rabavirin significantly inhibited weight drop of mice infected with H1N1 virus and had a protective effect on viral pneumonia,when compare with monotherapies. The combination of baicalin and rabavirin exhibited a higher efficacy against influenza virus infection than used alone.
