摘　　要：无论是国家之间的竞争还是企事业单位的发展,科技人才始终是中坚力量。在六盘水市经济快速发展和社会转型的背景下,如何立足现实,加强农村实用科技人才队伍建设,已经成为一个重要问题。本文对六盘水市农村实用科技人才队伍建设现状的分析,总结出我市农村实用科技人才队伍建设存在的问题,探索出可供参考的改进对策。Creative people are the backbones during competitions between countries and enterprises. With the rapid development of economic and social transformation under the background of Liupanshui, how to be realistic, to strengthen the construction talents of science and technology,has becomed an important issue. This paper that analyzing the present situation of talent team construction of science and technology in rural of Liupanshui city, Summing up the problem of talent team construction of science and technology, to explore the improvement countermeasures of reference.
