摘　　要：从目前出版的部分志书看,其著述性还是远远不够的。志书的体例结构和体裁,已经具备了著述性的空间和条件,只是在编纂实践中还没有把握好和充分利用。要解决著述性弱这一问题,一是加强门类综述,增强著述功力及分量;二是解决好"述"与"作"的矛盾,处理好二者关系;三是强调志书著述性是一个有机的体系,从相关方面注重著述性的提高。Judging from some of the local records published now,the issue of creative contents is far from being resolved. The layout structure and style of local records have already provided space and conditions for creative contents,but they have not been well handled nor fully utilized in compilation practices. To solve the weakness of creative contents,we must strengthen category roundup and the forcefulness and weight of creative contents,correctly deal with the contradictions and the relations between 'narration'and 'creation',and stress local records creative contents as an organic system and emphasize increasing creative contents in various ways.
