摘 要:针对国产H13钢使用性能明显低于国外同类优质钢的现状,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法研究了国内外5种H13模具钢的成分、力学性能、非金属夹杂物和显微组织。利用Thermal-calc软件,计算了试验钢中温度与析出相之间的关系。结果表明:国产H13钢中的S、N和O元素含量远高于国外钢种,钢中氧化物、硫化物以及Ti N类夹杂物的数量多、尺寸大且析出温度更高。国产钢中出现的VC-CrC类大块状夹杂物和一次共晶碳化物是导致钢材性能下降的主要原因。得出了降低国产H13钢中的N及O元素含量,同时加强电渣重熔和高温均匀化处理和锻造工艺优化的研究,成为改善国产H13钢性能的主要途径。According to the fact that the service performance of domestic H13 steel is much lower than the similar steel of abroad, the composition, mechanical properties, non-metallic inclusion and microstructure of H13 steel in China and abroad were investigated by using metalloscope, SEM and EDS. The relationship of precipitated phase and temperature of five experiment steels were studied by Thermal-calc software. The results show that the content of S, O and N in China steel outclass the abroad's. The number of inclusions of oxides, sulfides and TiN in steel is large. In addition, the inclusion precipitation temperature is higher and with bigger size. The massive inclusion VC-CrC and the eutectic carbides among the domestic steel are the main reasons for the decline of the steel performance. So reducing the content of O and N, and optimizing forging process, strengthening the electroslag remelting and high-temperature homgenizing treatment are the main ways to improve the performance of ill3 steel in China.
