摘 要:通过将片状的FeSiAl磁粉与碳纤维以不同的方式复合,制备了不同吸波性能的复合吸波材料。研究表明,该FeSiAl磁粉平行于吸波片表面排列时,材料的反射率最小,吸波性能最强;FeSiAl磁粉垂直于吸波片表面排列时,材料反射率最大,吸波性能最弱。随短切碳纤维含量的增加,材料的反射率提高,并且随频率的增大,材料的反射率逐渐减小。当短碳纤维(长度≤10mm)规则排列时,反射率呈规律性变化,且段数越多,反射率越大,低频段的反射率小于高频段的反射率。By compounding flaky FeSiA1 magnetic powder and carbon fiber in different ways, the compound absorbing material with different absorbing properties were prepared. The results show that when FeSiA1 magnetic powders are arranged parallelly to absorbing sheet, the refiectivity of the material is minimum, the absorbing properties are strongesL When FeSiA1 magnetic powders are arranged perpendicularly to absorbing sheet surface, the refiectivity of the material is lowest,and the absorbing property is weakest. With chopped carbon fiber content increasing, the refloctivity of the material improves, and as the fi'equeney increasing, the reflectivity of the material gradually decreases.When the short cain fiber ( length ≤10mm) is regularly arranged, and the refleetivity is in law changes, and the more the number of stages, the greater the reflectivity. The reflectivity of low frequency band is less than that of high reflectivity.
