摘 要:采用激光仿生数控制备系统,在H13热锻模具表面进行仿生非光滑耦合处理,并研究了仿生非光滑耦合处理对模具表面硬度、耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,适当的激光工艺参数可制备出网格状的仿生非光滑耦合单元体,单元体横截面为凸包状单元体结构;与未进行表面处理的H13钢热锻模具相比,仿生非光滑耦合处理使模具的表面平均硬度增加19%,800℃磨损体积减小81.7%;1000次20~800℃冷热循环后模具的主裂纹平均宽度减小91.2%,平均深度减小87.3%。Laser-bionic CNC preparation system was used to carry on bionic non-smooth coupling treatment about H 13 forging mold surface, and the effects of bionic non-smooth coupling treatment on the mold surface hardness, wear resistance properties and thermal fatigue properties were studied. The results show that the appropriate laser parameters can prepare mesh-like non-smooth coupling unit body, of which the cross-section is of the convex hull shape unit microstructure. Compared with no surface treatment of H13 steel forging dies, the average surface hardness of the mold via bionic non-smooth coupled treatment increases by 19%, the wear volume at 800℃decreases by 81.7%, the main average crack of the mold width after 1000 times thermal cycling at 20℃- 800 ℃ is reduced by 91.2%, and the average depth is reduced by 87.3%.
