摘　　要：目的:检测胃癌组织中Kindlin-2与VEGF-C蛋白的表达,探讨二者在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法:选取109例胃癌组织标本为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测Kindlin-2与VEGF-C的表达。结果:Kindlin-2在54.1%的胃癌组织中表达,与肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移密切相关,并发现Kindlin-2表达与VEGF-C表达在胃癌组织中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Kindlin-2和VEGF-C可能在胃癌细胞侵袭过程中协同发挥作用。Objective：to detect the expression of Kindlin-2 and VEGF-C in gastric cancinoma and explore the role of the two proteins in the progression of gastric cancer. Methods： 109 cases of gastric carcinoma were selected as the research object. The expression of Kindlin-2 and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Result： Kindlin-2 expressed in 54.1% of gastric cancer tissue, and it is closely related to the tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis。We also found that Kindlin-2 expression were positively correlated with the expression of VEGF-C in the tissue of gastric cancer（P0.05）. Kindlin-2 and VEGF-C may have coordinated role in the procession of gastric cancer cell invasion.
