摘　　要：深化政治体制改革是中国特色社会主义道路进入全面实现中国梦新阶段关系全局的重大问题。积极深化政治体制改革必须要从实现中国梦新的历史进程中,根据新情况、新矛盾和新问题来研究政治体制的创新问题。这一阶段研究政治体制创新必须阐明以下几个问题:首先,实现中国梦必须深化政治体制改革;其次,实现中国梦历史进程中的政府职能和政府管理;第三,在实现中国梦历史进程中深化政治制改革的总体思路;第四,实现中国梦历史进程中深化政治体制改革需要注意的几个相关问题。Reform of the political structure is an important issue to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics on the new stage of fully realizing the Chinese dream. Deepening reform of the political structure should pay attention to innovation. In this phase, the study on the innovation must clarify the following questions： First, the realization of the Chinese dream needs reform of the political structure; Second, government functions and government administration are important to the realization of the Chinese dream; Third, the general idea is important during the realization of the Chinese dream; fourth,there are several issues which should be pay attention to during the realization of the Chinese dream.
