摘　　要：人类共同价值是得到世界各国普遍承认的基本价值原则,是推动人类进步和社会发展的重要精神力量。社会主义核心价值观继承了人类已经形成的价值成果,在实践中对之进行了优化和完善,全面表达了人类的共同愿望,反映了人的自由全面发展的需要,是人类共同价值的高度凝结和系统概括。全面践行并大力传播社会主义核心价值观,在相互尊重、平等对话的基础上促进人类形成价值共识,不仅有利于增强国家文化软实力,扩大社会主义影响力,而且有利于推动各国合作共建一个和谐繁荣的人类命运共同体。The common values of mankind are the basic value principles which are universally acknowledged by all the countries in the world. It is a significant spiritual power for promoting human progress and social development. Socialist Core Values inherit the values developed by human beings, optimize and perfect these values constantly through practice. R is the common wish of mankind and reflects the needs of people＇s free and all- round development. It＇ s also the crystallization and systematic summary of the common values of mankind. Fully practicing and spreading socialist core values, promoting value consensus on the basis of mutual respect and equal dialogue will not only help enhance the cultural soft power and the influence of socialism, but also be conducive to promoting cooperation and to building a harmonious and prosperous community of common destiny.
