基于信息熵的图书馆联盟风险分析评价模型构建

摘　　要：在分析图书馆联盟内部和外部风险因素的基础上,引入信息熵理论,运用信息熵风险分析算法,即依据ISO/IEC27002标准体系建立了图书馆联盟风险因素故障分析树,并对风险分析模型进行计算。进而,以图书馆联盟CALIS河北省分中心为模型应用实例,进行该模型应用分析,通过对比分析计算结果,得出该图书馆联盟总体风险情况及各风险因素的风险等级。实践证明,该模型的建立为联盟风险管理提供了一种客观评价方法。On the basis of analyzing library consortia＇s internal and external risk factors, this paper introduces informationentropy theory, and utilizes information entropy risk analyzer, namely according to ISO/IEC27002 standard system, to estab-lish library consortia risk factor fault analysis tree and to calculate for risk analysis model. Taking library consortia CALISHebei Province branch center as the model application example, this model＇s application analysis is proceeded. By compar-ing the calculation results, the overall risk condition and the risk level of library consortia risk factor will be obtained. It hasbeen found that the establishment of this model provides an objective evaluation method for alliance risk management.
