祛屑洗剂熏洗治疗头皮糠疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察祛屑洗剂熏洗治疗头皮糠疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将133例头皮糠疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组67例给予祛屑洗剂熏洗治疗,对照组66例给予二硫化硒洗剂治疗,观察2组治疗前及治疗后2,4周头皮屑、瘙痒、针刺、紧绷、皮肤病生活质量指数评分变化情况,统计2组治疗2,4周临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗4周时总有效率均高于治疗2周时(P均<0.05),且治疗组总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后头皮屑、瘙痒、针刺、紧绷、皮肤病生活质量指数评分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组未发生不良反应,对照组出现头发干枯12例。结论祛屑洗剂熏洗治疗头皮糠疹疗效确切,安全性高,可提高患者的生活质量。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Quxie shampoo in treating capitis pityriasis.Methods Total 133 patients with capitis pityriasis were randomly divided into two groups,the patients were treated with Quxie shampoo in the treatment group and with Selenium sulfide lotion in the control group. The scores of dandruff,itching,prickling,tightness and dermatology life quality index were observed before treatment and after treatment for 2- and 4- week. The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction conditions after 2- and 4- week were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment for 4 weeks were significantly higher than that of treatment for 2 weeks in the two groups（ all P 0. 05）,and the total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）; the score of dandruff,itching,prickling,tightness and dermatology life quality index after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment in the two groups（ all P 0. 05）,and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ all P 0. 05）. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group,but was 12 cases of dry hair in the control group. Conclusion Fumigating and washing treatment with Quxie shampoo in capitis pityriasis is effective and safe,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
