摘　　要：溪洛渡水电站步入开始运用发挥效益的阶段,为规范工程的调度运行编制了调度规程。在介绍溪洛渡水电站调度规程编制工作中的规范性、编制原则和依据、内容设计等编制经验的基础上,阐述了编制中重点考虑的工程安全运用、防洪调度、发电调度和其他运用等一些重要问题的思考总结。该调度规程的编制和经验总结可以为今后国内其他水电工程开展相应规范调度工作提供参考。The scheduling regulation for Xiluodu Hydropower Station is prepared to regulate the operation of reservoir and station. The preparation principles, basis and contents and the normativeness are firstly described and then some key issues including projection safe operation, flood control scheduling, generation scheduling and others are emphatically analyzed. The preparation and experiences can provide a reference for the preparation of scheduling regulation of other hydropower projects.
