摘 要:对于非铁磁材料平板,使用正弦涡流检测方法进行参数测量已经取得了成熟的研究成果,但对于铁磁平板,其铁磁性为参数测量带来了非铁磁情况下不存在的困难。本文用数值实验表明,铁磁平板无法像非铁磁平板那样能够一次性反演得到厚度、电导率、相对磁导率的原因是其相对磁导率远大于1且随频率的改变而改变,通过实验数据的处理发现了铁磁平板参数之间的耦合关系并从理论上证明了只要平板导体的相对磁导率远大于1该耦合关系就存在,最后给出了铁磁平板参数耦合的实际应用场景并用实验验证了其可行性。For non-ferromagnetic plate,mature research results of using sinusoidal eddy current method to measure its parameters has been acquired. But as for ferromagnetic plate,its ferromagnetism brings difficulties which don't exist under non-ferromagnetic condition for the measurement of its parameters. This paper demonstrates the reasons why ferromagnetic plate cannot obtain the thickness,conductivity and relative permeability all at once by inversion as non-ferromagnetic plate are its relative permeability being much greater than 1and varies with frequency change through numerical experiments. The coupling relationship among ferromagnetic plate parameters has been discovered during dealing with experimental data,and its existence has been proved theoretically as long as relative permeability is much greater than 1. At last,the practical application of the coupling relationship among ferromagnetic plate parameters is presented and its feasibility is verified by experiment.
