摘 要:为获得能高效合成灵菌红素的菌株,首先对土壤中的微生物进行分离,筛选得到一株优势菌株.分别采用形态学、生理生化实验以及16SrDNA测序分析,鉴定该菌株为粘质沙雷氏菌属,命名为Serratiamarcescens ZX-01.对该菌株分别采用常压室温等离子体(Atmospheric and Room Temperature Plasma,ARTP)诱变,并进行平板初筛和摇瓶复筛.经多轮诱变后,得到一株灵菌红素优势菌株ZX-3-10,其产量可达128.7mg/L,比诱变前提高123%.五代产量稳定性试验结果表明,该菌株具有良好的产量传代稳定性.A strain was selected from soil for producing the natural pigment with bioactivity. The strain was identified as Serratiamarcescens by morphologic,biochemical test and sequence analysis of 16 S rD- NA,and named as ZX-01.The strain was mutated by using a novel mutagenic source-atmospheric and room temperature plasma (ARTP).The yield of prodigiosins in the mutated cells reached 128.7 mg/L, which increased by 123% compared to that of the wild strain.The mutant strain ZX-3-10 was relatively stable in terms ofprodigiosins production through five successive transfers of culturesand batch fermen- tation.
