摘 要:通过改变间苯二酚/甲醛的单体比例来合成系列甲阶酚醛树脂,采用TG(热重分析)、DSC(微分扫描量热器)技术研究酚醛树脂的热学性能;将合成的系列甲阶酚醛树脂与丁吡胶乳混合配制成RFL(酚醛树脂浸渍液),并通过将RFL烘燥制备成胶膜研究酚醛树脂的力学性能;从而寻找到一种单体比例合适的酚醛树脂,具有一定的耐热性和柔性,且能在特定温度(325℃)下熔融.结果表明:酚/醛配比为1∶2的酚醛树脂在初始阶段失重过快,耐热性较差;酚/醛配比为1∶1.3的酚醛树脂在125℃左右由玻璃态转变为高弹态时需要吸收更多的热量,且在300℃之前就已分解,分解温度较低,分解较容易,无法满足在特定温度下熔融;酚/醛配比为1∶1.7的酚醛树脂的拉伸强度最高,伸长率最小,且其硬度也适中.综合以上各方面的分析,酚/醛配比为1∶1.7的酚醛树脂的综合性能最优.The paper aims to synthetize the series of unsaturated polyester resins through changing the ra tio of resorcinol/formaldehyde(sueh as 1 : 1.3, 1 :1.5, 1 : 1.7, 1 : 2),and research the thermal proper- ties of phenolic resin by TG(thermogravimetric) and DSC(differential scanning calorimeter).The series of unsaturated polyester resins and butadiene-vinylpyridine copylymer latex were mixed into RFL(phe- nolic resin maceration extract).After that,the RFL was dried and prepared into a plastic film, used to re- search the mechanical properties of phenolic resin.Thus, polyester resin with suitable monomer ratio was found.It must have certain heat resistance and flexibility and melt at a specific temperature (325 ~C ).The results show that,when the ratio of resorcinol/formaldehyde is 1 ~ 2,phenolic resin quickly loses weight at the initial steps and has poor heat resistance.When the ratio of resorcinol/formaldehyde is 1 : 1.3, phenolic resin changes from glassy state to rubbery state, absorbing more heat. Its decomposition tempera- ture is lower and the decomposition goes easier, decomposing before 300 ℃, which cannot meet the requirement of melting at a specific temperature.When the ratio of resorcinol/formaldehyde is 1 : 1.7, the phenolic resin has highest tensile strength,least elongation, and moderate its hardness.Taking the above analysis of all aspects into consideration, the comprehensive properties of phenolic resin under the ratio of resorcinol/formaldehyde 1 : 1.7 is optimal.
