摘　　要：应用腔镜手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤已有十多年历史了,研究表明,腔镜甲状腺手术是一种安全、可行的方法,而在腔镜手术的基础上发展而来的达芬奇外科机器人手术的应用,则还存在争议。笔者就腔镜技术及外科机器人技术在甲状腺手术中的应用进行阐述,为临床工作提供参考。Endoscopic surgery has been developed as a therapy for treating thyroid tumor for more than ten years. Studies show that endoscopic thyroid surgery is safe and feasible. However, the application of Leonardo da Vinci Surgery ro- bot developed on the basis of endoscopic surgery is still controversial. In this paper, the authors elaborate endoscopic and sur- gical robot technology in clinical thyroid surgery, and provide a reference for clinical work.
