摘 要:坚持"以病人为中心,以诊治质量为核心,以患者安全和满意为目标"的原则,把医疗质量管控放在首位,树立全员质量意识,多维度地完善质控体系并加以实施,逐步形成一套行之有效、操作具体、可持续改进的质量控制体系。通过切实应用此体系,医疗质量迅速提高,患者满意度不断加强,医疗投诉及纠纷明显减少,最大限度地避免了医疗事故的发生。The principle of taking patient as the center, quality of diagnosis and treatment as the core, and safety and satisfaction as the goal is adhered to. The medical quality control should be put in the first place and the quality con- sciousness be developed. Quality control system needs to be improved and put it into practice. Gradually, a set of effective, practical and sustainable improvement of the quality control system can be formed. Through the application of the system, continuously improved medical quality, patients' satisfaction, significantly reduced medical complaints and disputes as well as the effective prevention of medical accidents were implemented.
