摘　　要：针对当前医院门诊药房管理的难题,笔者结合自己管理工作的经验,就加强药房管理提升优质服务水平的因素进行了分析和探讨。In view of the current problems in outpatient pharmacy management, the author analyzed and investigated the factors affecting the pharmacy management with his own experience, hoping to improve the quality of the service level.
