摘 要:根据南水北调中线受水城市相关研究成果及水源切换经验,总结了水源切换时供水系统面临的主要风险及关键应对技术,提出包括南水北调水源切换准备阶段、水源切换和稳定运行阶段的水源、水厂、管网安全保障技术,指导受水城市水源切换期间供水系统平稳过渡,并对已成功实现水源切换的城市水安全起到重要的支撑作用。Based on the research results of the target cities of the middle route of South-toNorth Water Diversion Project and practical experiences of water source switch,this paper summarized the major risks of water supply system in water source switch process and key technologies.Meanwhile,this paper also brought forward the security technologies for water source,water plant and pipe network during preparatory phase for water source switch,water source switch phase and stable operation phase of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.This paper might offer guidance for smooth transfer of target cities during water source switch process and provide support for the water supply security of the cities after water source switch.
