摘　　要：通过对DH36钢种进行严格的化学成分设计和工艺制定,在莱钢大型生产线成功试制生产了高强度DH36船体结构用H型钢,产品符合船级社规范的相关要求,并通过了中国船级社、美国船级社和挪威船级社的工厂认可。By carrying out the rigorous chemical composition design and the process formulation,DH36 high-strength H-beam for hull structure was successfully trial-produced in the large-scale production line of Laiwu Steel,and the product met the relevant requirements of classification society rules,and passed CCS,ABS and DNV works approval.
