美宝创疡贴联合负压创面治疗技术治疗3级糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨美宝创疡贴联合负压创面治疗技术(Negative Pressure Wound Therapy,NPWT)在3级糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的临床效果。方法将2010年7月-2014年12月大连医科大学附属威海市立医院收治的84例3级糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组42例,试验组予以美宝创疡贴联合NPWT治疗,对照组单纯予以NPWT治疗。治疗28、35 d后,对比观察两组患者的创面缩小率、创面愈合时间和治疗费用。结果治疗28、35 d后,试验组患者的创面缩小率分别为47.8%±1.3%、59.6%±2.1%,对照组患者的创面缩小率分别为36.7%±1.8%、44.3%±2.8%;试验组患者的创面平均愈合时间为(52.5±3.7)d,对照组患者的创面平均愈合时间为(75.7±4.1)d;试验组患者的总治疗费用为(16216±207)元,对照组患者的总治疗费用为(25704±181)元,两组治疗结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论美宝创疡贴联合NPWT治疗3级糖尿病足溃疡的疗效好,成本低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of MEBO Wound Ulcer Dressing（MEBO Dressing） combined with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy（NPWT） in the treatment of grade Ⅲ diabetic foot ulcer（DFU）.Methods Eighty-four patients with grade Ⅲ DFU admitted into the Weihai Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University between July 2010 and December 2014 were randomly divided into an experiment group and a control group,42 patients each group.The experiment group was treated with MEBO Dressing combined with NPWT while the control group was simply treated with NPWT.On day 28 and 35 after the treatment,the wound reduction rate,wound healing time and treatment cost of the two groups were observed and compared.Results On day 28 and 35 after the treatment,the wound reduction rates in the experiment group were 47.8%± 1.3%and 59.6%±2.1%respectively,while in the control group the rates were 36.7%± 1.8%and 44.3%±2.8%respectively;the mean wound healing time in the experiment group and the control group were（52.5 ±3.7） d and（75.7 ±4.1） d respectively;the total treatment cost in the experiment group and the control group were respectively（16216 ±207） RMB and（25704 ± 181） RMB.The treatment results comparison between the two groups showed the difference had statistical significance（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion MEBO Dressing combined with NPWT can realize good therapeutic effects,lower treatment cost when applied in die treatment of grade Ⅲ DFU,deserving to be promoted in clinic.
