(3-dimensional sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using different flip angle evolutions,3D-SPACE)、三维稳态进动结构相干(3D-constructive interference in the steady sate,3D-CISS)成像序列在内耳半规管的成像质量。 Objective:To assess the ability of MRI to depict the semicircular canals of the inner ear by comparing results from the 3D-SPACE sequence and the 3D-CISS sequence, nethods:A 1.5 T MRI system was used to perform a study of 15 volunteers. The CNR was computed for the vestibule and pans on images with the 3D-SPACE and 3D-CISS sequences. A three-point visual score was employed for assessing the depiction of the semicircular canals and facial and vestibulocochlear nerves, another three-point score was used in assessing the diagnostic confidence. Results:The CNR and the depiction of the semicircular canals with the 3D-SPACE sequence were significantly higher than with the 3D-CISS sequence (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in depicting the facial and the vestibulocochlear nerves (P=-0.059). The diagnostic confidence with the 3D-SPACE sequence were significantly higher than with the 3D-CISS sequence (P〈0.05). Conclusion:For the depiction of the semicircular canal, the 3D-SPACE sequence is superior to the 3D-CISS sequence.
