摘  要:合成了L-丝氨酸水杨醛希夫碱及邻菲咯啉混配体镍(Ⅱ)配合物,[Ni(ser-sal)(phen)(CH3OH)](ser-sal为L-丝氨酸与水杨醛形成的希夫碱,phen为1,10-邻菲咯啉),利用元素分析和红外光谱进行了表征.X-射线单晶衍射测定表明,配合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=26.040(2),b=15.110 1(13),c=11.592 0(9),α=90°,β=107.128(2)°,γ=90°,V=4 358.8(6)3,Z=8,F(000)=1 984,R1=0.078 5,wR2=0.204 0.在晶体中配合物以分子间氢键作用形成二维网状结构.利用紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和圆二色光谱法研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的相互作用.结果表明,该配合物与DNA作用方式为插入模式,与DNA的结合常数Kb为7.8×104 L·mol-1,荧光猝灭常数为Ksq为0.91(CCDC∶1442728).A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, [Ni(ser-sal)(phen)(CH3OH)] (ser-sal = Schiff base derived from L-serine and salicylaldehyde, phen= 1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum and elemental analyses. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction a- nalysis. It showed that the complex belongs to monoclinic crystal system, C2/c space group with the cell parameters: a:26.040(2) , b=15. 110 1(13) A, c=11. 592 0(9) A, α=90°, β=107. 128(2)°, γ=90°, V:4 358.8(6) ,A3, Z=8, F(000):1984,R1=0.078 5, wR2:0.204 0. In the crystal, a2Dnetwork structure was formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The interaction of the nickel( Ⅱ ) complex with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been studied by UV absorption, fluorescence and circular di- chroism(CD) spectra. The results indicate that the complex can bind to CT-DNA in a interealative mode with a binding constant KB of 7.8 × 10^4 L · mol 1 and a fluorescence quenching constant Ksq of 0.91.
