摘　　要：毛泽东管理思想,是以毛泽东为代表的第一代共产党人在将马克思主义基本原理同中国革命和建设实践相结合的过程中对管理经验的概括和总结,其深深植根于中华民族优秀传统文化。墨家学说作为中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是毛泽东管理思想的重要文化渊源之一。延安时期毛泽东管理思想,无论从管理哲学还是政治、经济管理思想方面都对墨家学说进行了批判继承。The management thought of Mao Zedong could be seen as summary and conclusion which combined the basic principles of Marxism with the management experience in Chinese revolution and construction process.The management thought of Mao Zedong was mentioned by Mao Zedong as representative of the first generation of communists,which was also deeply rooted in Chinese excellent traditional culture.Mohism,as an essential part of Chinese traditional culture,is also one of the important cultural origins of the management thought of Mao Zedong.The management thought of Mao Zedong in Yan＇an period inherited Mohism critically both in management philosophy and management thought of politics or economy.
