青年学生有序政治参与的基本原则和提升路径

摘　　要：有序政治参与是社会和谐稳定的前提基础,是治党治国的可靠依据。扩大青年学生有序政治参与是社会共识,必须坚持方向性原则、主体性原则、实践性原则、示范性原则。提升青年学生政治参与水平需要加强青年学生思想政治教育,提升青年学生政治参与意识;加强青年学生政治参与实践教育,提升参与能力;深化政治体制改革,建立健全政治参与制度;优化青年学生政治参与生态环境。Orderly political participation is a reliable basis of running the Party and the country as well as the premise and foundation of social harmony and stability.To expand young students＇ orderly political participation,which is considered to be a social consensus,four principles are suggested to be hold,including directional principle,subject principle,practical principle and demonstration principle.In order to improve the participation level,awareness and ability of political involvement needs to be enhanced by strengthening education on ideology,politics,and practice;political system requires to be built,reformed and perfected;the environment for young students＇ political participation as well demands to be optimized.
