AS渗透养护剂对沥青混合料性能改善的试验分析

摘　　要：AS渗透养护剂是一种无机型沥青路面专用预防性养护新材料,其依靠渗透结晶作用在沥青混凝土表面和微裂隙中形成独特的三维网状增强结构,从而改善沥青路面的高温和水稳等使用性能。为了研究其改善效果,选取表面层常用沥青混合料SBS改性AC-13C作为涂刷母体,通过室内试验对比分析了AS渗透养护剂涂刷前后的AC-13C的各项路用性能,并进行了试验段验证。研究结果表明,AS渗透养护剂符合渗透成膜型防水涂料的技术要求;涂刷AS渗透养护剂后,SBS改性AC-13C的抗渗性能、粘结强度和抗磨耗能力得到显著提高,高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗老化性能和耐酸碱腐蚀能力等均得到一定的改善,但对抗滑性能有一定的影响。因此,AS渗透养护剂可应用于沥青路面预养护工程。The AS infiltration maintenance agent is a new kind of inorganic and special material for preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement.It depends on the effects of infiltration and crystallization to form a unique three-dimensional reinforced network structure on the AC surface and in the AC micro fissures,then the pavement performances,such as high temperature and water stability etc.of asphalt pavement are improved.In order to research the improvement effects,the common asphalt mixture of SBS modified AC-13 Cfor surface layer is selected as the brushing matrix.Through the laboratory experiments,the comparative analysis were conducted to the various pavement performances of AC-13 Cpre and post brushing AS agent,and its experimental section was also validated.The results show that the AS agent meets the technical requirements for infiltration film-forming waterproof coating.After brushing the AS agent,the impermeability,the bond strength and the wear resistance of SBS modified AC-13 Care improved significantly,all the high temperature stability,the low temperature crack resistance,the water stability,the aging resistance and the anti-corrosion ability of acid and alkali etc.get some improvements,but the skid resistance performance is impacted to a certain degree.Therefore,the AS agent can be applied to the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement.
