摘 要:快速公交线路与常规公交线网优化是一个动态平衡的过程,当一条新的快速公交规划建成后,原有的旧的平衡就会被打破,需要重新梳理两者之间的关系,并对常规公交进行相应地调整。通过分析常规公交线网优化问题,设计了约束条件为常规公交线路的长度约束、快速公交车站点容纳量约束、常规公交线网与快速公交线路重复系数约束和非直线系数约束等,建立以系统总成本(包含出行者的出行时间成本及公交企业运营成本)最小为目标函数的常规公交线网优化模型,并应用遗传算法来求解该模型。构造了一个算例,其计算结果表明,该模型对常规公交线网优化的效果明显。Network optimization between bus rapid transit and conventional bus transit is a dynamic equilibrium process.When a new bus rapid transit is built,the original balance will be broken.We need to review the relationship between the conventional bus transit network and bus rapid transit line and adjust accordingly.The conventional bus transit network optimization and adjustment model is aimed to be established,in which the objective function is to minimize the total cost(including travelling time cost of passenger and the operating costs of bus companies),and the constraint condition is the line length,non-linear coefficient and the repetition factor between conventional bus transit network and bus rapid transit network;and genetic algorithms are applied to optimize the model solution analysis by analyzing the optimization and adjustment problem of conventional bus transit lines.The results showed that the effect on conventional bus transit network optimization is obvious.
