摘　　要：卷烟机供料系统主要完成烟丝供给、均匀松散和除杂的任务,系统工作的好坏是直接影响烟支内在质量的一个重要因素。VE烟丝输送装置中,匀丝板、烟丝输送带、抛丝辊各自通过轴连接的齿轮是由同一条齿形带(540L075)进行驱动工作。ZJ17卷烟机在实际工作中,由于来料烟丝输送不均匀或参有杂物,烟丝输送系统中抛丝辊处经常会发生烟丝堵塞而导致停机。停机后540L075齿形带依然处于高速转动,而同步带轮已停止运转,造成同步带断裂甚至会影响设备的性能,因此对烟丝输送离合器装置进行改进。The working of completing the cut tobacco feeding, uniforming loose and excepting for complex tasksis done by the feeding system, which is a very important factor to affects the quality of cigarette directly. There isa toothed belt to drive the shaft connected respectively uniform wire board, conveyor belt and polishing roll of tobacco gears operation in the VE cut tobacco conveying device. In practical work, ZJ17 cigarette machine polishing wire roll often occurs in tobacco jam because of uneven cut tobacco conveying or debris. And then 540L075 tooth shaped belt is still in high speed rotation in the case of the synchronous belt wheel, this causes the synchronous belt breakage even to affect the equipment performance. So it is significant to imorove the cut tobacco conveying clutch device.
