健康教育在普外科管道护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨有计划性、系统性、针对性的健康教育在管道护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年9月~2014年3月我院放置管道患者128例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规健康教育方式宣教;观察组采用书面资料阅读、影像图片、视频演示的方式等开展健康教育。评价两组患者的满意度和管道护理质量。结果：观察组患者的满意度和管道护理质量与对照组相比明显提高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：有计划性、系统性、针对性地开展健康教育能调动患者及家属的主观能动性和自身安全防范意识,明显提高患者的满意度和管道护理质量。Objective： To discuss and investigate the planned,systematic,targeted health education application in pipeline nursing care.Methods： Selected 128 patients were applied with pipeline in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2014,who were randomly divided into two groups- the observed group and the control group.The control group was provided with conventional health education,while the observed group was provided with health education in the form of reading of written information,images and pictures,video presentation.Later,an evaluation was made in terms of their satisfaction and pipeline nursing care quality between the two groups.Results： The satisfaction and pipeline nursing care quality of the observed group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between is of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： The planned,systematic and targeted health education can mobilize the initiative and self- security awareness of patients and their families,as well as improve the satisfaction of patients and pipeline nursing care quality.
