品管圈活动在气压治疗仪治疗宫颈癌根治术后下肢水肿患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈活动在气压治疗仪治疗宫颈癌根治术后下肢水肿患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2012年9月~2013年8月宫颈癌根治术患者150例,采用常规护理;选择2013年9月~2014年8月宫颈癌根治术患者150例作为观察组,通过品管圈活动,确定主题,进行现状调查、原因分析、对策拟定和实施、效果评价和护理流程标准化等进行护理,比较品管圈活动在气压治疗仪对宫颈癌根治术下肢水肿患者中的应用效果。结果：观察组患者气压治疗的落实率、住院患者的满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）;下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：品管圈活动的开展,能增加宫颈癌患者气压治疗的落实率,减轻宫颈癌根治术后患者下肢水肿的程度,有效预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成,有利于患者早日康复,提高患者满意度。Objective： To explore the application effect of the quality control circle activity in the air- pressure therapeutic apparatus treatment for patients with lower limb edema after the radical trachelectomy.Methods： Selected 150 cases of patients who had underwent the radical trachelectomy from September2012 to August 2013,to whom were treated with the regular nursing; selected 150 cases of patients who had underwent the radical trachelectomy from September 2013 to August 2014 as the observation group and conducted the quality control circle activity of confirming the theme and carrying out status investigation,cause analysis,countermeasure protocol and implementation,effect evaluation and nursing procedure standardization to give nursing to the observation group.Compared with the control group the application effect of the quality control circle activity in the air- pressure therapeutic apparatus treatment for patients with lower limb edema after the radical trachelectomy.Results： The workability of the air-pressure therapeutic apparatus treatment and patient＇s satisfaction of the observation group both surpassed that of the control group（ P 0.05）; the lower limbs deep venous thrombosis occurrence rate of the former group was less than that of the latter group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The conduct of the quality control circle activity can effectively improve the workability of the air- pressure therapeutic apparatus treatment,alleviate the lower limbs deep venous edema and prevent the formation of the lower limbs deep venous thrombosis,thus benefit for the patient＇s early rehabilitation and raising the patient＇s satisfaction.
