自制浴床-海绵垫对新生儿沐浴舒适性的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨新生儿沐浴时应用自制浴床-海绵垫的安全性和舒适状态。方法：选取2014年3~11月母婴同室新生儿88例,将其随机分为常规组38例和研究组50例。研究组新生儿应用自制浴床-海绵垫,取先仰卧后右侧再左侧的体位,体重完全依赖海绵垫支撑,一人完成新生儿沐浴过程,在沐浴过程中可以进行新生儿抚触;常规组采用先仰卧再后俯卧的传统体位,洗脸、头、躯干和四肢,完成新生儿沐浴过程。比较两组新生儿沐浴前、初入水时的及沐浴过程中的舒适状态。结果：两组新生儿在沐浴前的安全舒适状态比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,初入水时研究组新生儿的舒适状态明显优于常规组（P〈0.05）。沐浴过程中研究组新生儿在洗脸、头、躯干和四肢的舒适状态均优于常规组（P〈0.05）。结论：新生儿沐浴过程包括体位、浴盆、操作方法,全过程设计,安全舒适,且符合节力原理。Objective： To explore the safety and comfortability of the self- made bath bed-the sponge cushion for the newborn＇s bath.Methods： Selected 88 cases of rooming- in newborns from March to November 2014 and divided them into regular group of 38 cases and research group of 50 cases.The newborns of research group were given bath on the self- made bath bed-the sponge cushion,on which the newborn relied all its body weight.There was only one nurse in charge of the whole process of the newborn＇s bath,and in the bathing process,the newborn was put in sequence of back- right side- left side position and treated with slight massage; the newborns of regular group adopted the tradition of first- back- then- prone position,with bathing the face,head,body and four limbs.Compared the comfort status of the newborns before their baths,as entering the water and during the bathing process.Results： The comparison of the comfort status of the two groups before the bath had no statistic significance（P〉0.05）.The comfort status of the research group as entering the water was obviously superior to the regular group（P〈0.05）.While in the bathing process,the comfort status of newborns in the research group when they were given the face,head,body and four limbs bathing was obviously superior to the regular group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The process of the newborn＇s bath,including the bathing position,bath tab,operation approach,whole- process design is based on safety and comfortability,and it complies with the energy- saving principle.
