自制水垫配合紫草油在治疗新生儿红臀中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察自制水垫配合紫草油治疗新生儿红臀的临床效果。方法:选择120例红臀患儿并随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组只用紫草油,试验组采用自制水垫配合紫草油,观察治疗3 d后两组患儿皮肤情况。结果:试验组治愈32例,显效28例;对照组治愈4例,显效52例,无效4例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制水垫配合紫草油治疗新生儿红臀是一种简单、经济、实用的方法,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinic effect of lithospermum oil aside with the self- made water cushion used in newborn red buttock treatment.Methods： Selected 120 cases of newborns with the red buttock symptom and equally divided them into control group and experimental group at random.The control group was only treated with lithospermum oil,while the experimental group adopted lithospermum oil aside with the self- made water cushion treatment.Observed the newborns＇ skin condition of the two groups after 3 days of treatment.Results： In the experimental group,the treatment successfully cured 32 cases of newborns and took effect on 28 cases.In the control group,the treatment successfully cured 4cases and took effect on 28 cases and no effect on 4cases,the difference between the two groups had statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Lithospermum oil aside with the self-made water cushion is a simple,economic and practical treatment for newborn red buttock and worthy of clinic popularization.
