摘 要:目的:调查分析住院患者对健康教育的认知和需求状况,探索改进策略。方法:将自行编制的《住院患者健康教育调查问卷》随机调查了我院2015年5月37个普通科室收治的住院患者172例。结果:仅少数患者对健康教育概念完全了解,对宣教内容能完全理解和掌握;最想了解疾病相关知识排名前三位依次是疾病原因与危险因素、饮食知识、治疗方法,最想了解途径是与医护人员一对一交流;出院后愿意接受随访方式前三位依次是电话、短信、家访。结论:医院应大力普及健康教育力度和深化健康教育内涵,依据专科特色和患者病情制定标准化、个性化健康教育流程,不断丰富健康教育内容和形式,建立持续有效的健康教育效果评价机制,培训并提高护理人员的健康教育执行能力。Objective: To investigate and analyze the inpatients' cognition and demand of the health education and to explore the improvement strategy.Methods: Randomly surveyed 172 cases of inpatients treated in 37 regular departments in our hospital in May 2015 by the self- compiled"Inpatient health education investigation questionnaire".Results: Only a minority of inpatients acquired a comprehensive knowledge about the health education concept and can fully understand and handle the propaganda content; the three disease- related knowledge that inpatients wanted to acquire the most were in sequence the disease causes and risk factors,the diet knowledge and the therapeutic methods; the knowledge acquisition mode that inpatients wanted to have the most was the one- to- one communication with the medical staff; the three interview modes that inpatients were willing to accept the most after discharge from hospital in sequence were telephone calls,texting message and the home visit.Conclusion: The hospital should pay great efforts to promote the health education popularization,deepen the health education connotation,project the standardized and individual health education procedures depending on different specialties features and inpatients' illness conditions,continuously enrich the health education contents and forms,establish sustained and effective health education effect evaluation system,cultivate and enhance medical staff's health education executive abilities.
