摘　　要：目的:探讨不同部位注射造影剂对炫速双源CT行冠状动脉CTA检查图像效果的影响。方法:选取我院110例拟行冠状动脉造影的患者,将其随机分为左肘正中静脉组36例,右肘正中静脉组37例,双下肢静脉组37例。3组患者依据不同分组选择相应的注射部位注射造影剂碘海醇,行同等护理方法及检查方法。观察各组冠状动脉成像质量。结果:经右侧肘正中静脉组注射成功后冠状动脉显影效果优于左肘正中静脉组及双下肢静脉组(P<0.05)。结论:在进行炫速双源CT检查时首选右侧肘正中静脉为造影剂注射部位,其次是左侧肘正中静脉,最后可以考虑双下肢静脉。Objective： To explore the influence of contrast media injection of different body parts to the effect of high- speed double- source CT coronary artery CTA inspection image.Methods： Selected 110 cases of patients scheduled for coronary artery CT in our hospital and divided them randomly into left-elbow- central vein group of 36 cases,right- elbow- central vein group of 37 cased and both- lower- limbs vein group of 37 cases.The three groups were respectively given contrast media iohexol into their different corresponding body parts and given the same nursing and inspection methods.Observed the coronary artery imaging quality of the three groups respectively.Results： The coronary artery imaging quality of the right-elbow-central vein group after the successful injection was superior than that of the left-elbow-central vein group and both-lower-limbs vein group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In the high- speed double- source CTA inspection,the contrast media injection should choose the body parts as starting from the right- elbow central vein,then the left- elbow- central vein,and the last both-lower-limbs vein.
