摘　　要：我国的快速城市化进程引发了日益加剧的环境健康问题,对实现城市可持续发展构成了严峻挑战。针对为健康而规划的科学议题,从健康风险、环境影响和居民行为维度入手,剖析环境健康复杂性给空间规划带来的根本挑战,提出包含理论基础模型构建、区域健康风险辨识和规划方案绩效评估等3个基本模块的规划分析框架,并从我国不同地方城镇的健康风险暴露水平、环境友好性以及老龄化水平等实际情况出发,提出基于健康保障、健康促进以及健康公平等目标取向的6种规划行动方案。China＇s rapid urbanization has led to the increased health hazard expo- sure and this constitutes a big challenge to the sustainable urbanization in China. In order to explore the key issue of planning for health, it first analyzes the chal- lenges facing planning regulation in a complex environment in terms of health risks, environmental impacts and human behavior. Then puts forward an analytic framework that includes the theoretical model, healthy risk scanning, and plan- ning performance assessment. Finally proposes six practical strategies to improve the role of spatial planning in dealing with the challenges of environmental health in urban China.
