城乡规划与公共健康的关系及跨学科研究框架构想

摘　　要：城乡规划学科的发展与公共健康的关系十分密切,对公共健康的关注是推动现代城市规划发展的主要动力之一。首先回顾了城乡规划学科产生与公共健康的关系,及近年来"健康城市"运动和我国建设"健康中国"的战略背景,对城市化、城乡发展、土地利用等与公共健康的关系的国内外相关研究进行了综述,并从土地利用、道路交通、公共设施布局等方面分析了城乡规划对公共健康的作用机制。最后提出从城乡规划角度,在区域、城市及社区层面逐步建构"城乡健康"理论模型,并就城乡规划与公共卫生的跨学科研究框架提出了初步构想。Urban-rural planning has long been connected with public health; how- ever, the inter-disciplinary research on urban-rural planning and public health has been absent in China. This paper begins with the evolution of relationship be- tween urban planning and public health, introduces the ＂Healthy City Movement＂ and the recent ＂Healthy China＂ strategy, and reviews the relevant literature on ur- banization, built environment, land use and public health. It then analyzes the mechanism by which urban-rural planning affects public health in terms of land use, transportation and public facilities. The paper also puts forward ＂Urban-rural Health Model＂ at the regional, municipal and community level and the prelimi- nary research framework of urban-rural planning and public health.
