防哮膏治疗儿童哮喘缓解期20例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察防哮膏治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法 40例哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组给予防哮膏口服,对照组给予辅舒酮吸入,观察2组患儿用药前后症状、体征、哮喘发作次数、感冒次数变化及免疫系统的改善状况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为85.00%,2组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗组在改善自汗、神疲懒言、面色等症状方面优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组在减轻哮喘发作次数方面与对照组疗效相当,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗组在减少感冒次数方面明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组在提高患儿免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)水平方面明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论防哮膏可有效改善患儿体质状态、提高免疫力、预防感冒及哮喘发作,达到控制哮喘的目的,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fangxiao Gao in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods 40 children with asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group. Treatment group was given Fangxiao Gao,control group was treated with flixotide inhalation. 2 groups of children were observed before and after treatment from symptoms and signs,times of asthma attack,colds,and immune system improvement before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90. 00% in treatment group and 85. 00% in control group,the difference between the 2 groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）; the treatment group was better in improving spontaneous sweating,fatigue,complexion,and other symptoms than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the treatment group was better in reducing the frequency of asthma than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）; the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the number of flu,there was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups（ P〈0. 01）; the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving immunoglobulin A（ Ig A）,immunoglobulin G（ Ig G）,immunoglobulin M（ Ig M） levels,there was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Fangxiao Gao can effectively improve the state of physical fitness of children,enhance immunity,prevention of common cold and asthma,to achieve the purpose of asthma control,worthy of clinical promotion.
