平喘止咳贴辅助治疗儿童支原体肺炎后咳嗽41例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穴位敷贴给药联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将82例支原体肺炎后咳嗽患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各41例,对照组给予阿奇霉素及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予平喘止咳贴(苗药巴布剂)经皮穴位敷贴。治疗7 d后,比较2组临床疗效和治疗前、后各时间点咳嗽评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为87.8%,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗3,5,7 d后咳嗽评分分别为(1.66±0.61)分,(1.13±0.50)分,(0.41±0.17)分,均低于对照组的(2.11±0.58)分,(1.72±0.53)分,(0.98±0.42)分,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论平喘止咳贴辅助治疗儿童支原体肺炎后咳嗽可显著改善临床症状,疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinic effects of percutaneous acupoint Pingchuan Zhike Tie and budesonide atomization inhalation for mycoplasma pneumonia cough in children. Methods 82 cases were divided into control group（ 41 cases） and treatment group（ 41 cases） randomly. The control group only took azithromycin and budesonide atomization inhalation. The treatment group was additionally given Pingchuan Zhike Tie. The effective rate and the change of cough score at various time points before and after 7 d treatment in two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 97. 6% and 87. 8% respectively（ P〈0. 01）.The scores of cough symptom after 3 d,5 d and 7 d treatment in treatment group were（ 1. 66 ± 0. 61）,（ 1. 13 ± 0. 50） and（ 0. 41 ± 0. 17）,significant lower than those in control group（ 2. 11 ± 0. 58）,（ 1. 72 ± 0. 53）and（ 0. 98 ± 0. 42） respectively（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Pingchuan Zhike Tie can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,with good clinic effect.
