中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎48例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及安全性,为小儿病毒性心肌炎的治疗提供临床依据。方法选取本院2013年6月至2014年10月收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿96例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组48例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合中药进行治疗,观察2组的临床疗效,治疗前后心肌酶的变化情况及射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)等心功能指标。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的54.17%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组LVEF,SV,CO均显著升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗组各项指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组肌酸激酶(CKMB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)含量均显著降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗组CKMB,HBDH含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric viral myocarditis,and provide clinical basis for the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods96 cases of children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into 2 groups,48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The treatment group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effect,such as changes of myocardial enzyme and ejection fraction（ LVEF）,stroke volume（ SV）,cardiac output quantity（ CO） was observed. Results The total efficiency was 93. 75% in the treatment group,54. 17% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,LVEF,SV,CO were significantly increased in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the indices in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,creatine kinase（ CKMB）,alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（ HBDH） in both groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. CKMB and HBDH were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine had significant curative effect and high safety in the treatment of infantile viral myocarditis,worthy of clinical application.
