摘　　要：查阅相关文献,总结当代名老中医专家对咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究,并对诊治经验进行了系统地分析,认为本病病机核心是"风"邪为患,主要从风、风痰、风痰瘀、风寒、风燥、哮喘、肝风等方面进行诊治,提出了许多有效的治疗方剂,以期对中医儿科临床工作起到指导作用。Relevant literature was consulted to summarize the contemporary famous TCM doctors＇ s experience in cough variant asthma research,diagnosis and treatment were systematiclly analyzed. The pathogenesis is wind pathogen,treated mainly from the aspects of wind,wind phlegm,stasis,cold,dry winds,asthma,liver wind. Many effective prescriptions were introduced for the guidance of clinical work.
