加倍剂量普适泰治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎的研究

摘　　要：目的观察加倍剂量普适泰治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效及对前列腺液(EPS)炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)的影响,探讨加倍剂量普适泰的作用机制。方法选取100例ⅢB型CP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组给予加倍剂量普适泰治疗,对照组给予盐酸坦洛新缓释片口服,两组均连用2个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效、前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分及EPS中炎性因子变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.0%,显著优于对照组66.0%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组EPS中各炎性因子水平均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平治疗前后存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加倍剂量普适泰治疗ⅢB型CP,安全有效,疗效确切,参与免疫调节是普适泰治疗作用机理。Objective To observe the clinical effect of double-dose of prostat on Type HI B chronic prosta- titis（CP） and the impact on inflammatory cytokines of of TNF-a, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in prostatic secre- tion so as to explore the mechanism of double-dose of prostat. Methods 100 cases of type Ⅲ B CP were ran- domly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with double-dose of prostate, the control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride orally, and both groups were treated for 2 months. The clinical effect,NIH--CPSI score,and the changes in inflammatory cytokines after treatment were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 88.0%and 66.0% respectively （ P d0.05）. The NIH--CPSI score was significantly lower than that in the control group af- ter treatment（ P 〈0, 05）. After treatment,the inflammatory cytokines in both groups were all decreased, but the treatment group had more decrease in the levels of TNF-a,IL-6,IL-8 levels （ P 〈0.05） but more increase in the level of IL-10 （ P 〈0.05） when compared with thw control group. Conclusion Double-dose of prostat can produce good curative effect on Type []I B CP and participate in the immune regulation.
